Exchanges:

- We allow exchanges only under certain conditions.

- To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 5 days of purchase via email at info@pasarellashop.com 

- The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

- Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- We inspect all items before shipping, but occasionally damage may occur.

- In this case, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
